Are therapy sessions confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Everything you share in therapy stays completely private and confidential as per ethical guidelines. Your trust and comfort are our highest priorities, and no information is ever shared without your consent.
How long does each session last?
Sessions usually last around 40 to 60 minutes, depending on your selected package. However, if you need a slightly shorter or extended session, we can adjust the timing based on your comfort and availability.
How often should I attend therapy?
It depends on your goals and the kind of support you’re seeking. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, and as they start feeling better, they move to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. We’ll figure out what works best for you.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session without any charge. Cancellations made after that window may incur a small fee, as the slot is reserved exclusively for you.
